Membership is open to individuals who meet eligibility criteria, submit required documents, and pay the required share capital. Membership can be revoked upon violation of cooperative rules.
Financial services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and our operational policies. Interest rates, fees and terms may change with prior notice.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
Loan disbursements and repayments follow the agreed schedule. Failure to repay may lead to penalties, legal action and impact on future credit.
The cooperative shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services beyond what is required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal and the Cooperative Act.
